  If there was a no star I wouldn't give them any stars. They try to rob you. In their contract it says not to paint or try to fix walls. But if they think it needs cleaning or fixing they'll just paint over it cause it more cost efficient. I rented a 3 bedroom front them for over 3 years I cleaned my walls every week I was very clear to my 2 kids to not touch walls or drag feet. After paying 1500 monthly on time every time they're trying to say the place needs cleaning and fixing they're trying to keep my 1600 dllr deposit..it doesn't take 1600 to paint the place. They should of just let me paint the place myself. When I moved in it was in decent condition. I left that place better and cleaner than what they rented to me..

• Review of "Alisal High School" at Salinas

  This school is bad all around. Neither students nor teachers are into helping one another. Most students that attend this school are discouraged from actually doing well in society by the administration. Teachers are not really into teaching. They follow a strict curriculum, which causes the meaning of learning to vanish. There are students who do well there, as in any school. The thing that I noticed, when I went there was that, the students who did well, they were catered throughout middle school and through high school. They were the priority. They were placed in the "meaningful" classes, where they're learning to go to college and not being taught to become a proper person in the low working-class. This school is filled with misguided students.

  Mission Home Realty is open M-F from 9-5pm with 2 full time office staff members and 3 agents. All calls after 5:00 pm are forwarded to the broker cell. They are a small office an handle many clients, show homes on Saturday, and Sunday's!!! They have No Problem with Sales or closing deals...

For example, she took numerous pictures of our property before its most recent rental, to ensure that we would have a record of its condition at the time, in the event of a future dispute over responsibility for any subsequent damage. She also promptly located new tenants after the previous ones moved out, and obtained excellent rental terms. Her knowledge of local market conditions is remarkable, and we give her our highest recommendation.
